Government Bala Bhavan, Nandyal is one of the district Government Bala Bhavans functioning under the National Bal Bhavan movement, established in 1956 under the vision of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. It provides non-formal education and creative learning opportunities for children through arts, music, dance, crafts, cultural activities, and personality development.
The institution offers quality training in arts, music, dance, crafts, cultural education and personality development, while encouraging children to become confident, creative and responsible citizens.

The National Bal Bhavan movement is established under the vision of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, to give children opportunities for creative, cultural, scientific and personality development beyond formal classroom education.
Statewide
Government Bala Bhavans are established across Andhra Pradesh as part of the movement, with each district getting a centre dedicated to nurturing children's creativity and talents.

Government Bala Bhavan, Nandyal begins serving the children of Nandyal district with training in arts, music, dance, crafts and cultural education.
